My lunch in AZ! (Vietnamese food = yummy )

Hey guys! For the next week and a half I shall be in Arizona, moving my sister into her new apartment and spending some time with the fam dam. Today I went to a really delicious Vietnamese restaurant called "Pho Cao". I haven't had Vietnamese food is seriously forever, and I had forgotten how delicious it is!

Vietnamese egg roll= not your run-of-the-mill-PandaExpress egg roll! MMM MMM GOOD! 

I believe this was the 'Beef Pho'... If I'm not mistaken. It was spicy but delicious!

Flippin' delicious pork fried rice. Wassup.

I don't remember what this was called, so I'm not even going to guess because I know I'm not going to come close to being right...
What I do know however, is that it had chicken, vegetables, and rice noodles, and was quite tasty and is now chillin' out in my happy, happy belly.

It's called something different in Vietnamese but I don't remember the name of it....
