Missmrsrandom has officially moved!
I have enjoyed my time so much on blogspot, but as I have grown and changed, my social media has as well!
Missmrsrandom has now moved to tumblr, and is now known as taybaysquared...

Random Facts:

1) My absolute favorite show of all time is Friends.

2) I would totally marry Chandler from Friends. I love, love, love him. <3

3) I have watched, like, five movies so far this weekend...and counting. Four of them stared Ryan Gosling (another love of mine).

4) I ate ice cream for dinner last night.

5) I hate cats. I mean, I'm allergic to them, so there's that... but I would probably still hate them even if I wasn't...

6) I once ate twelve peanut butter and jelly sandwiches in one sitting.

7) It's my goal to be six feet tall.

8) I really want an old retro car.

9) I want to have an entire closet just for my converse. They are my absolute favorite shoes, but right now I only own 5 or 6 pairs.

Hahaha I seriously have so many! But I guess if I'd have to choose just a couple, I would say being a stylist, fashion designer, model, baker/chef, & videographer. All at once. Seriously, I can't choose!

*NYC baby!

*Coach purse (semi-realistic) & a Valentino gown (in my dreams)

OOTW Jan. 26th - Feb. 1st

January 26th - I was feeling very French artiste-ey today :3

January 28th - Another turtleneck! I used to hate how I looked in turtle necks because I always felt like a giraffe, but now I love feeling like a giraffe! This outfit was part inspired by Audrey Hepburn in Funny Face, & part inspired by the 80's! Also, I love to wear my Converse hightops whenever I get the chance :) 

January 29th - I had such a good day in this outfit! I love the pastel pink mixed with the off white and black <3
I got the sweater dress for Christmas & it's by my favorite store, free people

January 30th - Again, I was feeling kind of 80's with my ski-bunny sweater and leather pants/leggings (which are my favorite pair in the entire world). Pants: BCBG

January 31st - I again wore my leather leggings, paired with tall black leather boots, and my one and only blazer (which I love!). The blazer is actually a really dark green, but it always shoes up black on camera (grrr!). I tucked a flannel shirt and a tank top under the blazer to make it more casual for school. I also did a smokey eye inspired by the gorgeous Cara Delevingne.

February 1st - I wore my little black dress paired with my favorite round scarf & some comfy and fun knitted striped tights, as well as an orange lip! I didn't do my hair at all today other then brushing my bangs to the side, and I have to say I quite like how it turned out! (:

Finals Week OOTW: January 14th - 18th

OOTD January 14th - Sweater, leggings, combat boots, a neutral tee, and a easy half up half down hair do make for a casual but cute and chic outfit for finals week.

OOTD January 15th - Jeans and a thrift store sweater. Coffee shop chic, comfy and perfect for finals!

OOTD January 17th- I was running late so I threw on my glasses and threw my hair into a bun. I also braided my bangs back because they were flipping out. My outfit consists of black leggings, a long white tank top, and a cozy military/tranch coat-esque jacket, all with a black and white color scheme, which is easy, classic, and totally goof proof.

January 18th - Converse, my new Pink sweats, and a pull over sweatshirt = classic lazy day outfit. Going monocromatic with just a touch of color helps the look to appear more pulled together and creates visual interest. I was running late that day so I didn't have time to do my makeup,   ergo I decided not to include my face in the picture.  I also decided to do a weird pose in the second pic because, well, why not!



& that's how I dress during finals week!

Homemade Marshmallows!

Hey guys!

So recently I discovered how to make homemade marshmallows.
It was surprisingly easier then I thought it would be! Although it does take a long time to make them...
It was totally worth it though. I felt to happy when I made it. I wouldn't shut up around my family, excitedly saying how I made homemade marshmallows... "I made marhmallows! No but seriously, I made marshmallows! That's like, candy confectioner stuff!" LOL.
As weirdly as excited I was, I think that you will be weirdly excited too once you make these!
They were super yummy too! I recommend making them with homemade, as in not from the nestle hot chocolate mix, hot chocolate! I would also maybe even recommend adding in homemade whipped cream. Seriously, homemade food makes all the difference!

Pictures of the recipe and the overall process. After the marshmallows had cooled off, and before I had cut them, I had basically just made one giant marshmallow! It was awesome haha :)
